Please note that certain items, such as opened wellness products or sauna blankets used directly against the skin, may have specific hygiene restrictions.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original HigherDOSE shipping box, ensuring all components, manuals, and power cables are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
